When I first started looking for property on Smith Lake, I barely knew how to get there – much less find a piece of property at the right price. Justin’s name seemed to turn up every where I looked and when asking friends that knew the area. You helped us so much! And, we love the new place! I’m always going to refer people to you! I’ve had several friends wonder how we got accomplished what we did with swapping lake cabins and I’m not shy about telling them that you didn’t hesitate taking the task on yourself when I requested that and details of how we did it.

Justin—our parents are getting older and the time they have already spent down at the lake in this past month at the new place, already far exceeds what they spent at the original one….it’s because it’s a flatter lot and they can enjoy watching my son in the water more. Scout has caught over 100 fish already and he loves it. That means so much! I know a lot of people will think this lake habit is a rich person problem. Well, we are by no means rich, we just have made smart choices with our properties, and the smartest one that we have made to date was to have you handle the lake properties. I appreciate you so much!!

The dock addition is being finalized down there and the sod should be laid next week…..then, I will send you a final pic. The trees being cut made a huge difference.
