Justin Dyar (“Mr. Smith Lake”), Appointed to UA’s ACRE Leadership Council

• Justin Dyar is a Shareholder and Associate Broker with Lakehomes Realty, LLC. His specialty is waterfront investment and recreational properties on Lewis Smith Lake in Northern Alabama. He works with Buyers and Sellers from all around the world who are purchasing waterfront homes and property for leisure and retirement purposes. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama (2003). On average, he manages 300-400 waterfront properties located in the three counties of which Smith Lake covers. His listings include lake homes, vacant lots, and condominiums. Justin has been named the top producing agent in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 for the Walker County Board of Realtors.
